At Shop Labubu, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not work out as expected. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased from our website labuburub.com.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags and protective wrapping intact.
1.2 Return Conditions
The following conditions must be met for a return to be accepted:
- The product must be in its original packaging
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was shipped
- All tags, certificates of authenticity, and accessories must be included
- You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
1.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery
- Items with broken factory seals or missing packaging
- Limited edition or sale items marked as "Final Sale"
- Personalized or custom-ordered items
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Gift cards
1.4 Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. We may request photos of the damaged product and packaging to process your claim.
For damaged or defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs and either replace the item or provide a full refund, at your discretion.

2.1 Initiating a Return

- Explain the reason for your return
- Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
Important: Do not send your return without first obtaining a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns sent without an RA number may not be processed.
2.2 Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
Return the item(s) along with the completed return form (which will be provided with your RA number) to the address provided in your return instructions.

2.3 Return Inspection
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. If a returned item is found to be damaged or used, we may refuse the return or provide only a partial refund.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:
- Credit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days
3.2 Refund Amount
For eligible returns, we will refund:
- The full purchase price of the returned item(s)
- The original shipping cost if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product)
We do not refund:
- The original shipping cost if the return is not due to our error
- Return shipping costs (except for damaged or defective items)
- Gift wrapping fees
- Any applicable customs fees or import duties
3.3 Store Credit
In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method. Store credit will be issued as a coupon code that can be used for future purchases on our website. Store credit does not expire and can be used for any products on our website.
4. Exchanges
4.1 Exchange Process
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the same process as for returns, but indicate that you would like an exchange instead of a refund.
Due to the limited and collectible nature of many of our products, direct exchanges may not always be possible. In such cases, we recommend:
- Return the original item for a refund following our standard return procedure
- Place a new order for the desired item
4.2 Exchange Availability
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or process a refund.
5. Special Circumstances
5.1 Pre-Orders and Backorders
For pre-ordered or backordered items:
- You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the item ships
- Once shipped, our standard return policy applies
5.2 Limited Edition Items
Limited edition Labubu toys are eligible for return under our standard policy unless specifically marked as "Final Sale." However, due to their collectible nature, we strongly encourage careful consideration before returning such items, as they may not be available for repurchase.
5.3 Gifts
If you received an item as a gift, you may return it for store credit only. The store credit will be issued to you, not to the original purchaser. You will need to provide the order number or other proof that the item was purchased from Shop Labubu.
5.4 Sale Items
Items purchased during sales or promotional events are eligible for return unless specifically marked as "Final Sale." Refunds for these items will be issued based on the actual price paid, not the regular price.
6. International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- All provisions of our return policy apply to international orders
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, customs fees, and import duties associated with returning items
- Return shipping times may be longer for international returns
- We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for international returns
Please note that we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or delayed in international transit. Proof of shipping is not considered proof of delivery.
